At American Dream, we are always looking for ways to enhance our parks, attractions, and overall guest experience. As part of this effort, DreamWorks Water Park and Skudin Surf American Dream will be undergoing work to maintain and refresh the park, which will elevate the guest experience, beginning September 3, 2024. Skudin Surf American Dream is anticipated to reopen in November, just in time for the holiday season.

Driving Directions From:
Take the George Washington Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take the Turnpike’s western spur to one of American Dream’s exits, 16W or 18W.
Take the Lincoln Tunnel and follow signs for Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West to the American Dream.
Take NJ-3 E to N Service Rd in East Rutherford. Take the exit toward NJ-120 N/E Rutherford from NJ-3 E.
Follow the Western Spur towards 16W. As an alternative route, use the eastern turnpike spur to exit 16E to take Route 3 West which provides direct access to the American Dream.
Follow the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 163 towards Route 17. Follow Route 17 to Paterson Plank Road. Take Paterson Plank Road east to American Dream.
Follow the Garden State Parkway North to exit 153A towards Route 3. Follow Route 3 East to American Dream.

The 355 express provides service every 30 minutes from gate 305 at Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan.
The 356 express provides service every 30 minutes from platforms 8, 9, and 10 at Secaucus Junction.
Three local bus routes offer expanded operating hours:
